Baruipur PS Case no 1150 dt 5/9/23 u/s 363/365370/370(A)(2) IPC was taken control by CID on 26/12/23. On 16/02/2024, a team of AHTU held a raid near Sealdah RS and secured arrest of absconding human trafficker Sk. Sabir Alam @ Sattar (38 yrs) PS- Nowda, Dist- Murshidabad. He purchased and sold the victim lady & her minor son at Delhi.
The accd would be produced today i.e on 17/02/2024 before Ld. ACJM Baruipur with a prayer for TI Parade.
