On 13.04.2023 night as per credible source information Narcotic cell intercepted one Scorpio & Bolero near kona Highroad More, Halderpara opposite side of Bally Jogacha BDO Office under Lilua PS, HPC and apprehended four inter-states drug peddler namely 1) Babu Paul (55) PS Dasnanagar, Howrah, WB 2) Biswaraj Giri( 24) PS Chandrasekharpur, Dist Khordha, Orrisa 3) Prasant Patra( 39) PS Sadar Dhenkanal, Dist Dhenkanal, Orrisa 4) Gobind Shaw( 30) PS Delang, Dist Puri, Orrisa & seized 149 kg approx Cannabis(Ganja) which was kept concealed inside the two seized vehicles & as per leading statement of accused persons 488.800 kg Cannabis(Ganja) seized from the godown of Babu Paul (total seized 637.800 kg Cannabis/Ganja & market value of seized narcotic contraband is Rs 80 lakhs approx). All these consignment illegally transported from Orrisa. Search/Seizure/Arrest/ lebel procedures made under coverage of videography in presence of ACP North(I), HPC & DS(Ops) CID locally supervised the case.
