Conviction - On 10.10.2018 Ld. 1st ADJ, Chinsurah, Hooghly passed an order to convict 02 accused persons namely (1) Bakkr Molla and (2) Sadhan Sardar for 10 years imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5000/- each and 03 another accused persons namely (1) Babai Barik, (2) Abdul Rahaman Molla and (3) Tapas Biswas for 7 years imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5000/- in c/w Pandua PS Case No. 342/2013 dated 20.08.2013 u/s 395/397 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act adding section 412/307 IPC.
