The following 39 Persons have been declared as proclaimed offenders by Ld. Chief Judicial Majistrae, Paschim Medinipur. They are wanted in connection with Anandapur PS Case No. 63/11 dt/ 06-06-11 U/s 147/148/149/ 448/ 326/ 307/ 302/ 506/ 201/ 120B IPC and 25/ 27 Arms Act for murdering 7 persons and disposing the dead bodies. Message received from SP DIB Hooghly as reproduced below for information and necessary action from the concerned Police Officers.
Ref: Chandannagar PS c/no 71dated 03/06/10 u/s 186/332/353/224/225/324/326/307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act.
On 2/6/2010, while the following four notorious Bank dacoits were being escorted from Chandannagar Court Ejlash to Chandannagar Court Lock-Up after producing them before Ld. A. C. J.M., Chandannagar in c/w Chandannagar PS Case no 74 dt 12/09/2006 u/s 395/397 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, they fled away from lawful custody by spreading chilly – dust towards the eye of the escorting police personnel :-
i) Satyendra Rabidas @ Niraj 926) s/o Sri Jogeswar Rabidas of village Pahara PS -Pariya , District- Gaya, Bihar.
ii) Rajesh Rabidas @ Pankaj s/o Lt Jagiban Rabidas of do.
iii) Amarendra Kumar Madhab @ Madhab @ Saheb @ Sujit Kumar (38) s/o Lt Raghu Nath Das of do.
ARRESTED
iv) Amit Das s/o Ramratan Rabidas of Bangali Bigha, PS- Chandauti District- Gaya, Bihar.
During enquiry it transpired that the following miscreant, among others, took active part is assisting the above noted from accused persons to flee away from lawful custody :-
1) One Naism Khan who is an associate of notorious Bank Dacoit Jabbar Khan.
2) One Babu Bhai whose particulars has not yet been collected.
3) Jamil Ahmed (23) s/o Badrujjaman of village Dumariya, PO – Adarchawk, PS Sarghati, District –Gaya, Bihar. Subsequently Amarendra Madhab @ Madhab Das and Jamil Ahmed were arrested.
In view of the above you are requested to keep close watch upon the aforesaid accused persons and arrest them under intimation to the Superintendent of Police DIB, Hooghly, West Bengal at his e-mail address “ dsdibhooghly@gmail.com “
Ref: Letter received from Spl.IGP & DIG, Enforcement Branch, West Bengal for wide circulation in c/w Jamuria PS Case No. 212/09 dated – 14/12/2009 u/s 420 IPC.
One Fatik Karmakar, (42 years) S/o Sri Kiriti Bhusan Karmakar of Village – Sripur, PS – Jamuria, Dist. – Burdwan used to allure people of the locality to invest in his business for earning greater return of deposited amount. Said Fatik Karmakar used to work in FCI, Colliery and used to supply different types of materials to the collieries. After forming a firm styled as “Star Enterprise”, Vill & PO – Sripur, PS – Jamuria, Dist. – Burdwan. In this way after convincing interested people he collected huge money. Then he absconded from his house. Leaving his wife, two daughters and one son. On the complaint of Shri Golak Mondal (34 Years) S/o Shri Sasthi Pada Mondal of Vill – Bakbody, PS – Asansol (North), Dist – Burdwan the above mentioned case was started.
Description of the accused person:
Shri Fatik Karmakar , Age – 45 Years (approx.) , Height – 5 ‘ 6 “ (approx.) , Built – Medium , Hair – Black Curly ,Hari, Complexion - Medium , Face – Round , Beard – Shaved , Moustouch – Present.
He can speak in Bengali, Hindi languages, generally wear Shirts, Full pant. He can drive Car, Motor Cycle, Cycle etc. He can convince people by using suitable words. He has got relatives in Birbhum, Nadia, Burdwan, Bankura and other adjoining districts too.

Ref: Memo. No. 8014-F (Med) & No. 8016-F (Med) both dt. 30/07/10 of Finance (Audit) Department, Audit Branch, Medical Cell regarding West Bengal Health Scheme, 2008.
With reference to above, this is to inform that the Enrolment of the Existing employees of the state Govt. under the scheme shall he completed within 31/12/2010 or two years from the date of joining whichever is later and enrolment of the Retired Govt. employees of the State Govt. employees who were enrolled under the said scheme while in service shall be completed within 31/12/2010 (.) The State Govt. employees who retired on superannuation and were enrolled under the said scheme while in service shall be allowed to exercise option for their enrolment under the scheme as Pensioner within one year from the date of retirement (.) The Existing as well as retired Govt. employees not opting to come under the said scheme within the period mentioned above shall not be eligible to opt for the scheme at a later period (.) New entrants into Govt. service shall be allowed to exercise option and complete enrolment under the scheme within two years of their appointment in Govt. service (.)
